Patients are responsible for ensuring that the doctor they see at CVTSA participates in their current insurance plan. If a patient’s insurance changes, the patient is responsible for verifying that their doctor is a participating physician in the new insurance carrier. In addition, patients are responsible for supplying the correct insurance information to the CVTSA office and notifying us of any change to their insurance at first visit after the change.
